Howdy from the Record Sheriff!

And welcome to my record auctions. I pride myself on listing only the finest items. Collectability and Quality are the keywords.

All records on sale have been fully playtested and are guaranteed to not have playback defects such as skips, sticks, excessive surface noise and/or serious degrading in audioquality (not part of the original pressing).

When available the original inner sleeve is included, but all records I sell come into a new quality innersleeve which will be put next to the sleeve into a plastic outer sleeve.

I do ship worldwide. Please read my note below the pics if you are in one of the excluded countries. I am shipping from the Netherlands, not from the UK. Thank you.

The Beatles - Please Please Me / UK 1963 Mono Gold LP Parlophone EX Copy

Label/Cat#: PARLOPHONE PMC 1202

Matrix: -1N/-1N

Stampers: 1T/1H

The Record: EX- (looks and plays superb, surfaces glossy, few surface marks which do not sound, cautiously graded at EX- but probably better, playback is superb EX+ with mono cart, no noise, no distortion, very hard to find this clean)

The Labels: EX- (beautiful shiny labels, I could probably grade these higher too)

The Sleeve: G (correct sleeve, lots of wear, no tears or cuts, spine fully readable, see pics, inner incl.)

Note: Crossover pressing (1st/2nd Pressing) with one Dick James label and one Northern Songs label. Extra groove ring near label edge from 50s machines.

Listen to the whole record here. If it doesn't start playing, you may wanna try another internet browser. You can also download the mp4 by right-clicking on target and select 'save video':

We use the Record Collectors Grading system with just one + or – behind the grade. Mint minus is the highest grade we will use for *any* used item. Records are critically viewed under strong halogen light.

Mint (M): The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable

Good (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

The record will be packed carefully in a thick sturdy package with record behind the sleeve.
