no scratches or warp
the vinyl does have MINOR scuffs, and I mean minor, looks like from removing the record from paper sleeve a few times but does not affect play no pops or hiss

I'm not an expert on vinyl records, I guess what one collector considers excellent and near mint would be a fine line of interpretation.
